Biodiversitas Serangga Aerial di Perkebunan Teh PPTK Gambung
Abstract
Perkebunan teh di Indonesia tersebar luas, salah satunya terletak di Jawa Barat yaitu kebun teh milik Pusat Penelitian Teh dan Kina Gambung (PPTK). Lahan yang luas kemudian dibagi menjadi beberapa blok yang memiliki perbedaan. Perbedaan tersebut mendasari faktor pengaruh keragaman, salah satunya keragaman serangga aerial. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 9 blok berbeda pada bulan Oktober-Desember tahun 2022. Serangga aerial ditangkap menggunakan yellow pan trap yang sudah dimodifikasi dan sweep net. Faktor pengaruh biodiversitas antara lain lingkungan dan ekosistem. Tingkat keragaman dihitung menggunakan metode indeks Shannon Wiener untuk menentukan tingkat keragaman serangga aerial pada kebun teh PPTK Gambung yang diketahui memiliki keanekaragaman sedang.
